How Vyralizer may handle account, Share Request, proof, support, safety, and payment-related information.
Account information may include name, email, login details, account settings, profile details, notification preferences, support messages, and account status.
Share Request information may include links, titles, descriptions, budgets, pay per approved share, categories, timing, instructions, approval settings, disclosure requirements, reports, and review history.
Proof information may include post URLs, screenshots if supported, notes, timestamps, review decisions, rejection reasons, request-change notes, disputes, reports, and related account activity.
Payment-related information may include gross payment, selected payment method, estimated and actual processing costs, exact Available budget, Stripe payment and balance-transaction references, used and unused budget, Promoter earnings, Vyralizer amounts, refund status, withdrawal costs and bank deposit, payout setup status, ACH return status, chargeback status, large-transfer reconciliation, and ledger records.
Card, bank, identity, and payout details should be handled through approved payment providers such as Stripe. Vyralizer should not ask users to send card numbers, bank details, passwords, private tokens, or government IDs through ordinary support messages.
Support information may include the user's message, account details needed for review, Share Request title, proof URL, payment question, screenshots if supported later, and internal support notes.
Vyralizer may keep records needed to investigate fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, reports, account abuse, support issues, tax/payment requirements, and legal or policy obligations.
Vyralizer may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, security, support, email, logging, and other platform operations.
Analytics and tracking should be used only when approved and should support product, reliability, safety, and launch measurement.
Users should not send sensitive personal information through regular support unless Vyralizer specifically asks for it through an approved secure flow.
Vyralizer may disclose information when needed to operate the platform, comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, enforce policies, protect users, investigate fraud, process payments, resolve disputes, or work with approved service providers.
