Card, bank, identity, and payout details should be handled through approved payment providers such as Stripe. Vyralizer should not ask users to send card numbers, bank details, passwords, private tokens, or government IDs through ordinary support messages.
Support information may include the user's message, account details needed for review, Share Request title, proof URL, payment question, screenshots if supported later, and internal support notes.
