Using the service

These Terms apply when you browse the Vyralizer service, create or fund an offer, choose something to share, submit evidence, use a Team, receive or withdraw earnings, or use an account. One account may create offers, complete offers, or do both.

Other policies linked from these Terms apply to specific activity, including privacy, paid disclosure, proof, payments, refunds, withdrawals, disputes, chargebacks, copyright, prohibited content, and support.

Definitions

  • Vyralizer service, or service, means the Vyralizer website, marketplace, accounts, and related product features. It does not mean a person who completes a paid share.
  • Vyralizer means a person who chooses things to share and can earn for completing an approved share.
  • An offer is a public or limited listing for a link, post, video, article, event, product, business, cause, or other allowed material that someone wants shared.
  • The offer creator is the person or business that creates and funds an offer.
  • An approved share is a completed share that follows the committed offer instructions, includes the required disclosure and evidence, and clears the applicable review process without an unresolved valid issue.
  • Available budget is the settled amount assigned to one offer after the payment processor's actual funding cost. It is not a bank account, escrow account, or general-purpose wallet.
  • Available earnings are amounts from approved shares that have cleared required holds and may be eligible for withdrawal.

Account eligibility and responsibility

You may use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and are allowed to use it where you live. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Keep your sign-in methods private and tell Support promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
  • Do not create duplicate accounts to evade a restriction, manipulate eligibility, or obtain money more than once.
  • Meet any additional account, payment, offer, or destination-platform requirements shown before you take an action.

How the marketplace works

The service connects an offer creator with people who may choose to share the offered material. The offer creator controls the link, instructions, allowed sharing locations, pay per approved share, deadline, proof requirements, and maximum selected total, subject to the service's rules.

A Vyralizer sees the available terms before starting. When the offered pay becomes committed under the product rules, later changes to the public offer do not reduce that person's committed amount.

No promised outcome

The service does not guarantee that anyone will choose an offer or that a share will produce views, clicks, reach, engagement, sales, attendance, publicity, or any other result. It also does not guarantee that a particular offer or earning opportunity will be available.

Creating and funding offers

An offer creator is responsible for having the right to use the destination link and all supplied text, images, claims, names, brands, instructions, and other material. Offer terms must be accurate, lawful, possible to follow, and clear enough for a person to understand before starting.

  • Do not request hidden endorsements, false statements, artificial traffic, private credentials, or activity prohibited by the destination platform.
  • State any eligibility, sharing location, deadline, live-period, disclosure, and evidence requirements before a person begins.
  • Do not change a committed person's pay or material requirements after that person has been authorized to start.
  • Fund the selected total through an available method before an offer may become available for sharing.

Choosing and completing a share

A Vyralizer decides which offers genuinely interest them. Starting an offer does not create employment, guarantee payment, or excuse anyone from the rules of the site or service where the share is posted.

  1. Read the complete offer, including the link, pay, deadline, sharing location, disclosure, and evidence requirements.
  2. Share only where allowed and use a clear paid disclosure whenever the relationship is material or disclosure is otherwise required.
  3. Submit the public post link and any other evidence required by the offer's current proof contract.
  4. Keep the share available for the required live period and respond to a specific correction request within the correction window.

Proof, corrections, and approval

The first valid completion submission starts a fixed 48-hour review timer. A legitimate correction request must identify a specific problem. It pauses the review timer and starts a separate 48-hour correction window.

A corrected submission resumes only the unused portion of the original review timer. It does not start a new 48-hour review. If no valid issue remains when the review time ends, the compliant share counts and its locked amount enters the required earnings-clearing period. An offer creator cannot arbitrarily refuse a correctly completed committed share.

If the person who shared believes a correction request is wrong, they may use the dispute path. Related money remains held while an authorized review is open.

Budgets, fees, refunds, and withdrawals

The offer creator selects the maximum total to pay. Funding costs are deducted before the request-bound available budget is calculated. For every $1.00 paid to a Vyralizer for an approved share, $1.50 is used from that offer's available budget: $1.00 becomes the Vyralizer's earning and $0.50 is the platform amount.

Only eligible unused available budget may be refundable. Processing costs may be non-refundable. Approved earnings clear for 30 calendar days after proof approval and settled funding are both confirmed. Cleared earnings of at least $25 are processed through the monthly payout cycle on the 25th, subject to trusted holds and account checks.

A payment, refund, or withdrawal feature is available only when the service shows it as available for the account and transaction. A policy description is not a promise that a particular method, timing, payment, or withdrawal is currently enabled.

Prohibited conduct

  • Scams, phishing, malware, impersonation, deceptive claims, or unlawful goods or services.
  • Bots, fake accounts, bought activity, manipulated evidence, duplicate claims, or attempts to evade eligibility and budget limits.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, spam, or requests for sensitive credentials or financial details.
  • Hidden paid endorsements, false testimonials, unsupported objective claims, or instructions that violate another platform's rules.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, personal information, publicity rights, or other protected rights.
  • Abuse of refunds, disputes, chargebacks, withdrawals, support, reports, Teams, or account access.

Your content and necessary permissions

You keep the rights you already have in material you submit. Only submit material that you are authorized to provide for the offer, evidence, Team, profile, or support feature you choose.

You remain responsible for claims made in your material and for permissions needed from people shown or identified in it. If an additional content permission is required, it must be shown before the related submission; these Terms do not claim a broader permission that has not been presented.

Intellectual-property complaints

Use the Copyright policy to understand the current reporting boundary. If you can sign in, Support is the current path for a rights concern tied to an account or offer; Contact provides general and account-recovery guidance but does not accept public copyright notices. The service may restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a report and may limit or close accounts connected to repeated or serious infringement.

Suspension and termination

The service may pause, limit, or close access when necessary to address fraud, safety, payment risk, legal obligations, repeated policy violations, account misuse, or a credible rights complaint. Related offers, evidence, budget, earnings, refunds, or withdrawals may remain held while the issue is reviewed.

Where a review path is available, use signed-in Support and include the affected offer, share, date, amount, and a clear explanation. Account action does not erase obligations or records that must remain for safety, payment, dispute, tax, or legal reasons.

Changes, disputes, and contact

These Terms may change as the product, law, or marketplace rules change. Material changes should be presented through an appropriate notice before they apply when required.

For a specific account, offer, proof, or money question, use signed-in Support. If you cannot sign in, start with Contact or account recovery.
