By using Vyralizer, you agree to use the platform honestly, lawfully, and only for Share Requests and sharing activity that follow these policies.
Vyralizer lets one user do two things: create and fund a Share Request as an Advertiser, or choose a Share Request and earn after approval as a Promoter.
An Advertiser is responsible for the link, message, instructions, budget, timing, category, required disclosure, and accuracy of the Share Request they create.
A Promoter is responsible for choosing only Share Requests they want to share, following the instructions, posting only where allowed, using required disclosure, and submitting accurate proof.
Vyralizer does not guarantee that any Share Request will be accepted, shared, viewed, clicked, liked, followed, purchased from, or become popular.
People choose what they share. A Share Request may receive many Promoters, a few Promoters, or no Promoters.
Every paid share must have proof. Proof usually means a public post URL showing where the share happened.
A share can be approved, rejected, held for review, disputed, or sent back for changes.
Rejected proof does not earn money.
Proof that needs changes does not create available money unless it is fixed and approved.
Money shown in demo mode is not live money. Live charges, live withdrawals, and live payouts require live payment setup and final launch approval.
An Advertiser selects the total maximum amount they are comfortable paying. Stripe charges exactly that selected total, and Stripe's funding costs are deducted before the Share Request's Available budget is calculated.
Before payment, Vyralizer may show estimated processing costs and estimated Available budget. After settlement, the actual Stripe fee and exact net replace those estimates.
Available budget stays tied to the related Share Request and payment record. Vyralizer is not a bank, bank account, escrow service, or general-purpose stored-value wallet.
Advertisers may fund by debit or credit card or by ACH Direct Debit when offered. ACH is delayed and non-guaranteed, cannot be spent while processing, and may fail or be returned.
Promoters are paid only for approved shares. For each $1.00 of approved Promoter Pay, $1.50 is deducted from Available budget: $1.00 for the Promoter and $0.50 for Vyralizer.
Eligible unused Available budget may be reviewed for refund according to the Refund Policy, Payment Rules, Stripe rules, and active account, dispute, or chargeback holds. Original processing costs may be non-refundable.
Withdrawal costs are shown before confirmation and reconciled to actual Stripe/Connect costs afterward. The minimum withdrawal is $25.
Funding above the safe Checkout threshold needs Vyralizer review. Bank Transfer or invoice funding remains unavailable until the live provider capability is granted.
Vyralizer may pause, reject, remove, restrict, or review any Share Request, proof, account, payment, withdrawal, refund, message, or support request that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, undisclosed, rights-infringing, or against platform rules.
Vyralizer may hold money while reviewing proof, disputes, reports, account safety, payment risk, chargebacks, withdrawal eligibility, identity setup, or legal/policy questions.
Users must not create or share scams, fake traffic, hidden endorsements, deceptive claims, prohibited content, illegal offers, stolen content, misleading links, harassment, or anything that violates these policies.
Users must not try to manipulate proof, create fake posts, submit private or deleted posts as proof, use bots, create fake accounts, or mislead Vyralizer, Advertisers, Promoters, payment processors, or the public.
Vyralizer may update these terms and policies. If the rules change, continued use of the platform means the user accepts the updated rules.
These pages are plain-English platform rules, not legal advice to any user. Users should get their own legal, tax, payment, or compliance advice when needed.
This plain-English policy is subject to attorney, accounting, and payment review before live public payments or final legal reliance.
