Selected total and available budget
The offer creator selects the maximum total they are comfortable paying. That selected total is the gross amount submitted for funding; it is not the offer's available budget.
- The service shows the selected total, payment method, estimated processing cost, estimated available budget, and estimated number of approved shares before funding starts.
- The financial service handling the payment reports whether funding succeeds, remains pending, or fails.
- After payment settles, the account shows the final selected total, processing cost, and available budget instead of the earlier estimates.
- The exact net becomes available budget for the related offer only.
Approved-share economics
An offer may start at $1 paid to a Vyralizer for each approved share. The current minimum selected total is $20. The selected total must be large enough to cover the chosen pay and the platform amount after the estimated funding cost.
For every $1.00 paid to a Vyralizer for an approved share, the offer uses $1.50 of available budget: $1.00 becomes the Vyralizer's earning and $0.50 is the platform amount. The platform amount is created only after an approved share, not from unused budget or funding alone.
Committed pay
The pay shown to a Vyralizer becomes committed when that person is authorized to begin sharing under the offer's acceptance rules. Applying for an offer that requires approval does not by itself commit the pay.
Once committed, later public changes apply only to future participants. Proof review, earnings, budget use, holds, refunds, and disputes for that share use the committed amount.
Funding methods and settlement
The funding methods shown for a specific transaction are the methods available for that account, amount, and configuration. A bank-based payment can remain processing for several business days and does not create spendable available budget until settlement is confirmed.
A failed, returned, reversed, disputed, incomplete, or mismatched payment does not leave spendable available budget. A completed checkout screen alone is not settlement.
When money moves
Only approved shares create an earning and the platform amount. Evidence that is still in review, needs a correction, or is disputed remains pending or held. A share that does not meet the committed requirements and does not become approved creates no earning.
The estimated number of approved shares is a planning calculation based on the estimated or exact available budget and current pay. It is not a guaranteed number of people, shares, views, clicks, sales, or other outcomes.
Earnings clearing
An approved earning enters Pending earnings only after both the proof is approved and the offer's funding is authoritatively settled. The later confirmation starts a 30-calendar-day clearing period, and the account shows the exact Clears on date.
A dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, proof dispute, account restriction, identity problem, or another trusted risk hold can pause or extend clearing. Client input cannot shorten the period or release a hold.
Refunds and withdrawals
Eligible unused available budget may be refundable after approved-share budget use, pending commitments, holds, disputes, reversals, and non-refundable processing costs are accounted for. Approved earnings and earned platform amounts remain in place unless a valid dispute, chargeback, reversal, or other authorized correction applies.
Cleared earnings of at least $25 are added automatically to the next monthly payout on the 25th after account, identity, destination, risk, and provider checks pass. Smaller amounts and earnings that miss the cycle roll forward. Bank processing begins after the payout is initiated and its timing may vary.
Availability and account limits
The service is not a bank, escrow service, or general-purpose wallet. Available budget remains tied to its offer, and earnings move through the withdrawal rules rather than acting as freely transferable stored value.
