What is Vyralizer?

Vyralizer helps people spread things through real people.

You can create a Share Request for something you want shared, or you can earn money by sharing Share Requests you choose.

How do I create a Share Request?

Open Create a Share Request.

Add the link, post, event, offer, product, video, page, announcement, or message you want shared.

Then choose Promoter Pay, select the total maximum amount you are comfortable paying, add instructions, and publish when ready.

Before payment, choose card or ACH Direct Debit and review the estimated processing cost, available budget, and approved shares.

What should my instructions include?

Tell Promoters what to share, where they can share it, what they should say or include, what disclosure is required, and what proof they need to submit.

Clear instructions make proof easier to review.

How much should I pay per approved share?

You can start at $1 per approved share.

Higher pay may make your Share Request more attractive, especially if the task takes more effort, requires a specific audience, or needs stronger instructions.

How does the budget work?

You select one total maximum payment, and Stripe charges exactly that amount.

Vyralizer subtracts the estimated method-specific processing cost to show an estimated Available budget before payment.

After settlement, Stripe's actual processing fee and exact net replace the estimate. That exact Available budget stays tied to the Share Request.

At $1 Promoter Pay, each approved share uses $1.50: $1 for the Promoter and $0.50 for Vyralizer.

Eligible unused Available budget can be reviewed for refund. Original processing costs may be non-refundable.

Should I use card or ACH Direct Debit?

Card funding is faster and currently has a higher estimated processing cost.

ACH Direct Debit is recommended for larger amounts, but it can take multiple business days, is non-guaranteed, and may require bank verification and mandate acceptance.

A bank payment cannot be spent while it is processing. If it fails or is returned, it does not leave Available budget behind.

Can I use Bank Transfer?

Bank Transfer is intended for reviewed large or enterprise funding.

Live Bank Transfer capability is not available yet. Use the Payment Methods guide and contact Vyralizer before planning a large transfer.

Can I get people before a future date?

Yes.

Use the timing and instructions to tell Promoters when to share. For example, an event can gather Promoters before the date and ask them to share during the right window.

How does Earn by Sharing work?

Open Earn by Sharing.

Choose a Share Request that fits your page, audience, interests, or community.

Follow the instructions, share it where allowed, and submit proof after posting.

Do I have to share everything I see?

No.

You choose what you share. If a Share Request does not fit you, skip it.

What proof do I need?

Most Share Requests need a public post URL that shows where you shared it.

Some may also ask for a short note or another allowed proof detail.

Why is my money pending?

Money can be pending while proof is being reviewed, while changes are being requested, during a dispute, while payment risk is checked, or while account review is open.

Bank funding also stays in Bank payment processing until Stripe confirms it. Failed or returned ACH funding cannot be spent.

When can I withdraw?

You can request a withdrawal when you have enough available money and your payout setup is complete.

The current minimum withdrawal is $25.

Pending or held money cannot be withdrawn.

Before confirmation, review the requested amount, estimated Stripe/Connect costs deducted from that request, and estimated bank deposit. The actual costs and exact bank deposit appear after processing.

What if the funding amount is too large for Checkout?

Vyralizer keeps card and ACH limits under server control.

Amounts above the safe threshold need Vyralizer review. Bank Transfer or invoice funding remains unavailable until live provider capability is granted.

What if my proof is rejected?

Rejected proof does not earn.

Check the reason. The proof may have been missing, private, deleted, incorrect, undisclosed, posted in the wrong place, or against the Share Request instructions.

What if something looks wrong?

Use Contact before signing in, or Support inside your account.

Include the Share Request title, proof URL, money question, account detail, or policy issue that needs review.

Are payments live?

Payments and withdrawals are not live in demo mode. Live payment setup appears only after payment processing, payout setup, webhooks, internal review, and final launch approval are complete.
