Every paid share needs proof.
Proof usually means a public post URL showing where the Promoter shared the Share Request.
The proof must show that the Promoter followed the Share Request instructions.
The post should be public or reviewable by Vyralizer and the Advertiser during the review window.
The post should include the correct link, message, media, caption, timing, placement, and disclosure when required.
The post must be shared in an allowed place. This may include social media, blogs, newsletters, groups, websites, or another place allowed by the Share Request.
A proof link that is broken, private, deleted, hidden, blocked, unrelated, or not reviewable may be rejected or sent back for changes.
A post that uses the wrong link, wrong message, wrong account, wrong timing, missing disclosure, prohibited content, or fake engagement may be rejected or sent back for changes.
Vyralizer may allow up to 48 hours for review, unless another rule, dispute, hold, support issue, or payment issue applies.
Advertisers may approve proof, reject proof, request changes, or send the proof to review depending on the Share Request settings and platform rules.
Promoters may be allowed to resubmit proof when changes are requested.
Rejected shares do not earn.
Proof can stay pending when account, timing, payment, safety, disclosure, rights, fraud, dispute, or policy questions need attention.
This plain-English policy is subject to attorney, accounting, and payment review before live public payments or final legal reliance.
