Vyralizer is for lawful, honest paid sharing. It is not for scams, fake traffic, hidden endorsements, harmful content, or deceptive promotion.

Users may not create, fund, share, or submit proof for Share Requests that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, rights-infringing, or prohibited by payment processor or platform rules.

Prohibited content includes scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake prizes, deceptive money-making claims, fake investment opportunities, fake jobs, malware, credential theft, impersonation, or misleading destinations.

Prohibited content includes fake traffic, fake engagement, bot activity, fake accounts, bought clicks, manipulated proof, private posts submitted as public proof, deleted posts submitted as live proof, or any attempt to make a share look real when it is not.

Prohibited content includes hidden paid endorsements, undisclosed paid sharing when disclosure is required, or instructions telling Promoters to hide the paid relationship.

Prohibited content includes harassment, threats, hate, abuse, doxxing, stalking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content targeting people in unsafe or unlawful ways.

Prohibited content includes content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

Restricted categories may require extra review, limits, or rejection. These may include financial claims, medical claims, political or civic messages, regulated goods, adult content, alcohol, gambling, weapons, drugs, supplements, legal claims, and other high-risk topics.

Vyralizer may pause a Share Request after funding if policy questions arise.

Vyralizer may reject proof or hold money if a share violates the Share Request, platform rules, disclosure rules, safety rules, or these policies.

Vyralizer may remove content, restrict accounts, block users, hold withdrawals, refund unused budget, reject proof, or report activity when needed.

This plain-English policy is subject to attorney, accounting, and payment review before live public payments or final legal reliance.
