Users should only create, fund, share, or submit proof for content they have the right to use.
An Advertiser must have the right to use the link, page, media, text, image, video, music, product, offer, event, or message included in a Share Request.
A Promoter must not copy, upload, reuse, alter, or repost someone else's protected work unless they have the right to do so or the Share Request clearly provides permission.
A Share Request does not give a user ownership of someone else's content.
A Promoter should not assume that a public link, video, image, song, logo, or post is free to copy or reuse.
Copyright or ownership concerns can be reported through Contact or Support.
A report should include the Share Request, proof URL, original work if available, account detail, and a clear explanation of the rights concern.
Vyralizer may pause, remove, restrict, or review a Share Request, proof item, account, refund, withdrawal, or money record while a rights issue is checked.
Vyralizer may reject proof if the share appears to violate copyright, ownership, publicity, privacy, or platform rules.
Repeat or serious rights violations may lead to account restrictions.
This plain-English policy is subject to attorney, accounting, and payment review before live public payments or final legal reliance.
