Copyright

Rules for using protected material, the current signed-in Support path, and the missing public copyright-notice channel.

Respect ownership

You may create, fund, share, or submit evidence for material only when you have the rights and permissions needed for that use. A public link does not automatically grant permission to copy, upload, alter, distribute, or endorse everything at the destination.

Offer creators are responsible for supplied links, text, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks, claims, and instructions. Vyralizers are responsible for the content they add and for sharing only in the way the rights holder and destination platform allow.

Rules for offers and shares

  • Do not upload or reproduce protected work without permission or another lawful basis.
  • Do not remove ownership, attribution, copyright, trademark, or rights-management information.
  • Do not ask a Vyralizer to impersonate a rights holder or falsely suggest sponsorship or affiliation.
  • Do not submit a copied image, video, article, post, or brand asset when the required rights are absent.

Reporting a rights concern

  1. Use signed-in Support when the concern is tied to an account you can access. Contact provides general and account-recovery routes but does not accept a public copyright notice.
  2. Identify the protected work or right you believe is affected.
  3. Identify the specific offer, profile, Team, share, or evidence at issue with a working URL when possible.
  4. Explain the basis of the claim and provide a safe way for Support to respond.
  5. Confirm that the report is accurate and made in good faith.

Do not include unrelated private data, passwords, full financial details, or confidential material that is not needed to identify and evaluate the issue.

Review and account action

The service may restrict access to the affected offer, profile, share, or evidence while checking a report. It may ask the reporting person or the affected user for additional information and may preserve records needed for review.

A clearly mistaken, fraudulent, or abusive report may be denied and may lead to account action. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to content removal, offer restrictions, or account closure.

Formal notices and counter-notices

No formal DMCA process is claimed here

The service does not currently publish a designated DMCA agent, a public copyright-notice inbox, or a formal notice-and-counter-notice workflow. Signed-in Support is an ordinary account-support path, not a completed DMCA process, and this page does not claim DMCA safe-harbor compliance.
