Put the essentials on one public page

An event page should answer who it is for, what happens, when it starts, where it takes place, what it costs, and how someone attends. Include age restrictions, accessibility information, booking requirements, or other conditions when relevant.

Open the link on a phone without being signed in. Important details should not depend on access to a private account or an image with tiny text.

Lead with the experience

“Our event is coming soon” gives people little to picture. Explain the experience instead: what they will see, learn, try, or take part in.
